Turbosmart onboard with Ultimate Tunes WRX
Canberra-based Ultimate Tunes are no stranger to competitive motorsport. Their time attack Subaru WRX (owned and driven by Jason Hart) finished in the top ten in the highly competitive Open Class at the 2011 World Time Attack Challenge.
The car showcases the workshop’s know-how and expertise and features an EJ22 engine taken out to 2.4L with forged internals mated to a PPG gearbox.
For this year’s event, the car will get a Cosworth dry sump, low mount intercooler, full custom exhaust system along with a Turbosmart Raceport BOV and Hyper-Gate 45 wastegates.
